Production
our Production Units
Rubber & PU Sole
To ensure a seamless and efficient production process, the company proudly manufactures both rubber and polyurethane (PU) soles in-house. Our rubber division delivers up to 300,000 pairs of high-quality soles each month, while the PU division produces around 230,000 pairs monthly—meeting strong demand both locally and across the globe. Committed to excellence and fast delivery, we source only the finest raw materials from world-renowned suppliers, ensuring that every sole meets the highest international standards.
Embroidery
To minimize lead times while maintaining top-notch quality, WFL has strategically invested in advanced in-house facilities, giving customers an extensive range of options. Our embroidery department boasts two cutting-edge machines, and our fully equipped screen-printing unit offers every modern convenience under one roof. In addition, we manufacture precision cutting dies in-house, ensuring complete control over every detail. Since its founding, WFL has been committed to delivering maximum value on-site, and today, the entire shoe production process—from concept to final product—is carried out entirely within our own premises, guaranteeing superior quality, efficiency, and reliability every step of the way.
Flip-Flop
WFL is excited to launch its flip-flop footwear division, with a bold vision to become one of Bangladesh’s top exporters. We will offer world-class EVA and rubber flip-flops, beach sandals, and slippers that meet the highest international standards. Our team of expert technologists, supported by a fully equipped laboratory, can craft customized colors, formulations, and designs tailored to each customer’s needs. The new range will include a wide variety of styles and color combinations for men, women, and children, with in-house production of PVC (toxic-free) and TPR straps using advanced technical expertise. To take customization to the next level, WFL is introducing a state-of-the-art screen-printing facility capable of vibrant 4–6 color prints. Every product is designed and produced with precision and care, ensuring that our flip-flops are not just footwear—but a statement of quality, style, and global excellence.
Direct Injection Shoes
To capture evolving market trends and expand its product range, WFL is set to launch a new line of direct injection shoes with PU leather and fabric uppers. Crafted using non-toxic PVC and TPR materials, these shoes combine safety, durability, and style. The collection will feature casual shoes, sports shoes, and direct injection hiking shoes—designed to offer superior comfort, performance, and modern aesthetics. With this expansion, WFL continues to innovate and deliver footwear that meets the highest international standards, catering to customers worldwide.
IMEVA Sole
To cater to the rising demand for lightweight, flexible, and durable sports, running, and casual footwear, WFL has launched its state-of-the-art EVA sole manufacturing facility (IMEVA) on-site. By sourcing the finest raw materials from around the globe and maintaining strict quality control at every stage, we ensure outsoles and midsoles meet the highest international standards. Our in-house rubber plant allows seamless production of IMEVA rubber and midsole combination soles in close collaboration with customers. Every WFL facility is designed to deliver precision, innovation, and uncompromising quality in every step of production.

WFL covers the design, development, and production of samples
for mass production. Our products are aimed at fashionable customers of all ages. During the design and development phase, we collaborate with our customers to develop products that deliver the greatest value to consumers. We have fully equipped facilities such as a sample room, showroom, technical center with Declaim 2D/3D Crispin software to meet the most demanding requirements of our customers.

An independent department is responsible for checking the safety
and quality of all newly developed products, as well as those that are mass-produced for customers. We insist that every pair of shoes that comes from our factories meet the requirements of customers. Thus, we check the quality in bulk with a confirming sample from raw materials to each stage of production, for example; raw materials, soles, upper materials before cutting, stitched uppers, extended uppers, and finished shoes. Quality control staff, experts in their field, check the quality at every stage of production, from incoming raw materials to finished products.

It maintains quality and compliance standards for all its valued customers. It has already passed all the standard requirements, code of conduct, health and safety requirements of many world-famous shoe brands and retailers.
All WFL manufacturing facilities are equipped with the best addressable interconnected fire detection, fire alarm, and firefighting solutions. Regular firefighting, evacuation, rescue, first aid, fire prevention, and safety training are conducted to prepare employees for any unforeseen hazards in the workplace. An experienced and qualified compliance team ensures that all requirements are met, such as health, safety, and environmental issues, proper ventilation, sufficient lighting, health and hygiene, local labor law requirements, customer code of conduct, international labor requirements, some best practices and a healthy working environment with the following.
